The chapel for quiet prayer is a gem! Elizabeth is super cute and makes staying here special. The kitchen was useful, but the shower was a bit cramped for larger folks 😊

The staff was nice and amicable!

Some of the rooms were reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a baby. Location: the hotel was short walk to the sanctuary and the grotto, the Lourdes central station, bus/train and numerous shops and restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Casa Italia, located close to the venue.

the staff were all very helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

Numerous issues marred the experience, incorrect address led to confusion, a surprise cleaning fee created frustration, and the shower cramped for larger individuals was problematic. The bedding situation felt inadequate for colder nights, with only a sheet provided. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust and hair found throughout the room, and an unusable, moldy freezer further added to the disappointment.

The room was cozy with a little kitchenette. I could whip up me own breakfast. Elisabeth was a gem, lending me salt and pepper 'cause I forgot mine. It's just a hop to the Sanctuary, makin' it easy to pop back and forth. Showers were a bit snug, though!

Elisabeth, the host, warmly welcomed me and offered valuable assistance with my pilgrimage schedule. The room was small but clean and cozy, with a charming kitchenette that was very useful.

Breakfast options were limited.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but I struggled with the lack of luggage storage options.

The kitchenette was super handy for making snacks, and the location was perfect for visiting the Sanctuary, just a stroll away! Elisabeth was so lovely.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

The location is ideal, just minutes from the sanctuary. The host was warm, offering assistance and even lending kitchen supplies like salt and pepper . Breakfast included good options like fresh bread and jam every morning. The shower was quite cramped and could feel restrictive, and some kitchen supplies were lacking , made meal prep a bit challenging. It was a cozy stay with a cute atmosphere, though some improvements could be made in amenities.

This was an optimal selection for a lightning stop in Lourdes with great value-to-price ratio. I appreciated the cozy small chapel available for quiet reflection. Bring your own snacks. Breakfast options are limited.

Au berceau de bernadette bed & breakfast is in a great location, just minutes away from the grotto. My room had a kitchenette, really handy. Elizabeth was super helpful, lending me salt and pepper . The small chapel on the ground floor is a perfect spot for quiet prayer and reflection.

Very pleasant overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Amazing location in a peaceful area adjacent to the sanctuary and the grotto, right in the heart of town. Comfy bed in double room with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and personal safe.

The location is fantastic, with convenient access to nearby leisure spots like restaurants and golf courses, and the rooms are nicely furnished and quiet with private bathrooms.

Friendly and helpful staff, great spot close to the Shrine! the rooms here have balconies for a nice view 😊.
